and everyone’s privacy. Below is our privacy policy, however the bottom line is: ActivEight will not sell
or share any of your personal information to any third parties without your permission. At times ActivEight
may gather personally identifiable information about you but only when you have provided it voluntarily for

is collected. When you visit our website our servers collect the IP address of that computer into a log.
To maintain our users’ privacy, we do not associate IP addresses with any personal records.
ActivEight does not and cannot use cookies or IP address tracking to retrieve personal information from

ActivEight’s website provides links to websites maintained by other organizations. We provide these
links as a convenience to our users. ActivEight does not control or operate any of these other websites

Personal Information
ActivEight does track how our visitors use and navigate this site so that we can evaluate what people
like and don’t like about it. We also analyze information about use patterns and share the data with our
advertisers (example; we keep track of how many users click on particular advertisements). We may also
collect personal information about you via registration for contests, surveys and clubs which may
sometimes include contests and surveys etc. for certain third parties. We will not, release your name,

Communications From ActivEight

ActivEight’s content and activities are not oriented toward children under the age of 13 nor do we
target them as an audience. We also do not screen them from using our site. Some material on this site
may be designed more for mature audiences, parents and guardians should take the responsibility for
monitoring their children's internet and magazine use. Children under the age of 13 should not use this
site and ActivEight does not collect or distribute information indicating whether users are children or
not.
